Can you believe Earth Day is here? Not to mention the 40th anniversary of Earth Day. It seems like just yesterday we were brainstorming how to improve our eco chic ways for Earth Day of last year. However, it’s not thought the new packaging will be anywhere near as good for storing random things in the bottom of you cupboards...
Scales. JAXPAC, the Jacksonville Public Art Commission, has put them to work on the streets of its hometown, in both the musical and the reptilian sense. The artists took old vinyl records and combined them with wheat-paste graffiti to create a new kind of urban fossil. While you can’t hear the music from the records, if you listen closely, you may be able to hear the call of creatures long extinct....
even Ply jewelry is giving us a really sweet excuse to utilize skateboards for the ecosystem’s sake.
